2012 Western Australian Heritage Awards

Heritage Minister John Castriil announced that the nominations are now open for the WA Heritage Awards. Nominations close on Friday 2 March, so enter now.

2011-2012 Heritage Grants Program

The 2011-2012 Heritage Grants Program will deliver more than $2million in conservation works to State heritage-listed properties across Western Australia with 14 regional and seven metropolitan projects sharing in $1million in grant funding. Celebrating our State Registered Places

Heritage Minister John Castrilli announced the State heritage listing of one of WA's oldest government secondary schools, Bunbury Senior High School.

Multicultural school, Balcatta Senior High, Martinup an ex-convict's home in Broomehill and Bridgetown Trainmen's Barracks, which will be converted into a boutique motel have recently entered the State Register.

Royalities for Regions

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder’s Burt Street Heritage Precinct Restoration Project has received a $1.35million Royalties for Regions grant. Read more.
