Education, Research & Events
Are you researching a place on the State Register of Heritage Places? If so, you can download lots of useful information from our online Heritage Places Database.
If the heritage place you are interested in is listed on a local heritage inventory, you may wish to contact the relevant local government for more information. Local historical societies, libraries and museums are also great resources.
If you are researching the history of your home, our publication Researching Heritage Places provides an outline of the available sources of information and how to make the most of them.
Don’t forget to check out our Heritage Matters magazine and Heritage in Action photo galleries to see how owners are revitalising their heritage places.
